I keep getting billed multiple times for messages from 65333. I tried texting back STOP to cancel, but the texts just won’t quit. It’s charging me £3.75 per message and it’s really adding up. Quite annoying!

I just lost £19 because of this.

This number keeps popping up on my phone statement but I don’t remember getting any texts from them, otherwise I would have blocked it ages ago.

I had the exact same issue. Someone told me to send STOP ALL to 65333 and it actually did the trick! Make sure you put STOP ALL in uppercase and with a space in between. You get a quick reply confirming they’ll stop messaging you.

I’ve had texts coming from 65333 too, and each one costs me £3.75. Usually get around two messages monthly, but one time got three. O2 told me to ring 0333 313 7900, but that didn’t help. Then I found another number online, 0203 514 6943 - when I chose option 2, it was just a voice message asking me to leave my phone number and said they’d call back... still waiting!

I got texts from this number on my phone, and they ended up charging me £4.50 for some supposed "privilege". Definitely a scam, watch out!

Just noticed that over the past 3 bills, I’ve been charged a total of £27, £4.50 each time. They said to text STOP but my messages haven’t gone through twice now. I’ve sent an email to the customer care address some others have shared here. Fingers crossed. This isn’t right at all. I’ve also reported it to the PSA.

This 65333 number has sneaked £3.75 off me each month without me even knowing. I’ve got no clue who they are. Absolute scam artists trying to rip people off. Make sure you look at your bill closely for any hidden fees, and get your phone company to block all those premium numbers.

Both this month and last, they’ve withdrawn £4.50 from my account. I’ve called their number a few times and asked them to ring me back, but nothing so far. I never signed up with them, and I’m honestly not sure what to try next.

Since February, I’ve been getting messages from 65333 without realising it was charging me £4.50 per text. Just found out and quickly stopped a subscription I didn’t even know I’d signed up for. But annoyingly, they took another £4.50 a minute after I cancelled. Now I’ve no credit left and I’m too scared to add more in case they nick that too. Tried calling the helpline on 02035146943 but couldn’t get through to anyone. Proper frustrating!

I’ve been getting random texts from this firm and they’re taking out £4.50 each time. I checked with my network and they’ve blocked all premium rate calls for me now. When I tried to get my money back, the company promised a refund but never came through. They’re making a killing off people entering those TV contests and honestly, it needs to be shut down.

I’m honestly shocked that these scammers manage to pull this off so easily, especially since the phone companies just let it happen and actually get a cut of the money they’re ripping from people like us!

Got a text from valustay.mobi on 21st Dec 2018, offering discounts on holidays - weird as I wasn’t even looking for one - so just deleted it without a second thought. Later, saw a £3.75 charge on my phone bill and reported it to PSA. Blocked the number 65333 straight away. But then, on 21st Jan, another £3.75 appeared on my bill. Contacted O2, who just said “you must’ve subscribed to something”, but I’ve never signed up to any service in my 25 years of having mobiles. Their customer service was rubbish. Told them about this site since looks like plenty others have been scammed too. O2 told me to text STOP to 65333, which I did, but they even charged me 8p for that! So now I’m out of pocket by £7.58, and the company I’ve been with for 15 years is acting like it’s all my fault. Honestly, O2 should take some responsibility instead of blaming customers for being targeted by fraudsters.

No word on how I even ended up subscribed to whatever this was. Bit suspicious, really - feels like they just want my address and I might never actually get that cash back.

I’ve contacted Three again and they assured me it’s fine to share my address. Plus, they’ve set a spending limit on my account so this won’t be an issue in the future.

I got two texts from Valuestay.mobi at 03333137900, both exactly the same, and they went ahead and charged me £3.75 twice. I never agreed to anything like that. Planning to ring them tomorrow to get my money back. If they give me any hassle, my brother who's a solicitor will be dealing with them proper!

Had a pretty lengthy convo with O2 today. Turns out the number is linked to Kalastia Consulting trading as ValueStay. If you're looking to complain, best to reach out to the PSA (Phone Paid Service Authority). They're the ones who handle this stuff and have all the info about the firm, which I heard is supposedly based in Belize.
