Took ages for someone to pick up, then a bloke called "Harry" claimed he was with a UK survey firm. When I asked to have our number removed, he snapped back, "No, no, this company's paying me to ring you - how much will you pay me to stop?" Such a cheeky attitude, I just ended the call. Now I can't even get through again to talk to anyone. Proper waste of time!

Some bloke rang me up saying he needed to do a "home survey". He only asked two things: to double-check my address and then how to say my first name properly - which weirdly he'd already used and got spot on. Seriously, what could they possibly gain from that?
