At first, there were two voices heard - a female voice, of African-Canadian descent, followed swiftly by a male voice, Caucasian, who introduced himself as "Adam Edward," a typical name. Upon requesting their contact number, the representative swiftly redirected the conversation and asked for my personal information instead. When I informed them that I could call back in five minutes, they responded by saying, "Oh, no problem at all. We can give you a call within five minutes."
