i got a call from someone with a really thick indian accent saying he was from bt and that my internet would be cut off soon. i told him i’m not even a bt customer, and he replied “i know” twice. then i just ended the call!

Liverty in Devon and Cornwall, especially Penworth housing, is seriously awful. Their racist attitudes and the way they try to manipulate people is shocking. I wouldn’t recommend getting re-housed by them at all. The homes they offer are in terrible condition and the quality is just dreadful, really substandard.

Avoid Liverty and Penworth Housing in Devon and Cornwall if you can. Their handling of things is really bad, and I’ve found their attitude quite racist and controlling. Their homes are in awful condition with really low standards. Seriously, don’t expect to get anything decent if they rehouse you with them.

Avoid Penworth Housing if you can, especially if you’re in Devon or Cornwall. Their service is absolutely terrible and they come across as quite racist and sneaky. The homes they offer are of dreadful quality, seriously substandard and not at all what you’d expect. Definitely don’t trust them to rehouse you.

Avoid Liverty at all costs, they’re one of the worst housing providers I’ve come across in Devon and Cornwall. Penworth housing under them treats people badly and seems quite racist and controlling. Honestly, don’t expect to be rehoused with them - their properties are in terrible condition and the standards are shockingly low.

Stay away from Liverty and Penworth Housing if you’re in Devon or Cornwall. Their racist behaviour and shady tactics are appalling. Honestly, their homes are in terrible condition, with really poor standards all round. Don’t expect to be treated fairly or to live somewhere decent with them.
