10 yearsHave you been served yet? I've also been receiving similar threats.10 yearsOver the past two days, I have received two phone calls from a woman named Lisa Klein (Cline). She claims to be a process server from my local area and informs me that she needs to serve me papers at my home. Each time, she leaves me a contact number along with a case number for EMG & Associates. When my husband called the number provided, they refused to disclose any information or allow him to speak. In fact, at one point they rudely told him, "If you keep talking, maybe you would actually know something," before abruptly ending the call. Later on, my husband decided to call again and provided them with a fake account number, pretending that we had already paid it off. Surprisingly, they quickly responded by saying, "Oh yes, it has been settled. We apologize for the inconvenience," and promptly hung up.Lisa KleinClineEMG & Associates10 yearsI keep receiving calls, with the caller persistently urging me to provide my debit card information immediately or else I will be served. The caller sounds very persuasive, but I'm curious as to why their number appears to be from New York.New York10 yearsI was contacted by Ms. Audrey Rosenburger on the 23rd and 24th of March, who informed me that she was calling from my city and state. She inquired about my date of birth, which I verified. Ms. Rosenburger requested me to contact a certain phone number, 832-241-7105, where a voice message was apparently left for a person named Carol Waters. However, I chose not to leave a message.Audrey RosenburgerRosenburgerCarol Waters10 yearsI received a third or fourth phone call from this number claiming to be representatives of Microsoft. They informed me that someone was attempting to hack my computer and that, for a fee of $299, they could protect it. I promptly informed them that any computer-related matters are taken care of by my attorney, at which point they abruptly ended the call. Quite peculiar, don't you think?Microsoft10 yearsI have started receiving phone calls from this specific number. Despite my decision to not answer, they continue to persistently call me multiple times on a daily basis.10 yearsThis is a complete scam!! They're trying to say that I owe money for a bill that I never even had an account with. And when I requested some proof, they don't have any whatsoever.11 yearsI have been repeatedly receiving calls from a 631 number located in New York, followed by a private identifier. The voicemails instruct me to call an 888 number belonging to Elite Mediations, stating that they will be serving me. Furthermore, today I received a message mentioning that they visited my home and that they will come to my workplace. I am contemplating answering their calls next time and challenging them. It's unsettling how they intimidate you and then wish you luck after claiming to have notified you.New YorkElite Mediations11 yearsI had a frustrating conversation with these individuals who seemed clueless about the matter. As they were requesting money from me, I asked them for the original contract, which they were unable to provide. Furthermore, I requested their fax number, just to aggravate matters. In response to their unprofessionalism, I sent them a bill which was three times the amount they claimed I owed them. Now, I am calling them in order to receive payment and show them how frustrating it is to be hounded for money.11 yearsI keep receiving unsolicited messages nearly every other day. The frequency of spam calls is becoming very bothersome.11 yearsIf you receive a call from these individuals, promptly contact the police as they are a fraudulent company. Unfortunately, it is impossible to track them down as they have managed to acquire or discover people's previous debts. They will call you with the intention to collect these debts. However, it's important to note that they are not a genuine company. They deceived me into making five payments, out of which I made one over the phone. But when I asked for evidence of the debt, they vanished. Please refrain from providing them with any information and be cautious of unknown callers. It is concerning that they even managed to obtain the last four digits of my social security number. Take immediate action by reporting them, and avoid answering any suspicious calls.11 yearsI managed to leave an entire song on a voicemail, but when I tried to call that number back, a message popped up saying that the number is not active.11 yearsI am constantly being bombarded with calls, both to myself and other members of my family, making false claims that I will receive a legal notice or document. However, I know for a fact that I don't owe anyone any money and these calls are not backed by our local courts. Therefore, I can confidently dismiss them as nothing more than a scam.11 yearsI recently received a phone call from someone named Brianna Lewis, who claimed to be from the Dallas County Prosecutor's office.
