Over the past two days, I have received two phone calls from a woman named Lisa Klein (Cline). She claims to be a process server from my local area and informs me that she needs to serve me papers at my home. Each time, she leaves me a contact number along with a case number for EMG & Associates. When my husband called the number provided, they refused to disclose any information or allow him to speak. In fact, at one point they rudely told him, "If you keep talking, maybe you would actually know something," before abruptly ending the call. Later on, my husband decided to call again and provided them with a fake account number, pretending that we had already paid it off. Surprisingly, they quickly responded by saying, "Oh yes, it has been settled. We apologize for the inconvenience," and promptly hung up.

I keep receiving calls, with the caller persistently urging me to provide my debit card information immediately or else I will be served. The caller sounds very persuasive, but I'm curious as to why their number appears to be from New York.

I was contacted by Ms. Audrey Rosenburger on the 23rd and 24th of March, who informed me that she was calling from my city and state. She inquired about my date of birth, which I verified. Ms. Rosenburger requested me to contact a certain phone number, 832-241-7105, where a voice message was apparently left for a person named Carol Waters. However, I chose not to leave a message.

I received a third or fourth phone call from this number claiming to be representatives of Microsoft. They informed me that someone was attempting to hack my computer and that, for a fee of $299, they could protect it. I promptly informed them that any computer-related matters are taken care of by my attorney, at which point they abruptly ended the call. Quite peculiar, don't you think?

This is a complete scam!! They're trying to say that I owe money for a bill that I never even had an account with. And when I requested some proof, they don't have any whatsoever.

I have been repeatedly receiving calls from a 631 number located in New York, followed by a private identifier. The voicemails instruct me to call an 888 number belonging to Elite Mediations, stating that they will be serving me. Furthermore, today I received a message mentioning that they visited my home and that they will come to my workplace. I am contemplating answering their calls next time and challenging them. It's unsettling how they intimidate you and then wish you luck after claiming to have notified you.

I had a frustrating conversation with these individuals who seemed clueless about the matter. As they were requesting money from me, I asked them for the original contract, which they were unable to provide. Furthermore, I requested their fax number, just to aggravate matters. In response to their unprofessionalism, I sent them a bill which was three times the amount they claimed I owed them. Now, I am calling them in order to receive payment and show them how frustrating it is to be hounded for money.

If you receive a call from these individuals, promptly contact the police as they are a fraudulent company. Unfortunately, it is impossible to track them down as they have managed to acquire or discover people's previous debts. They will call you with the intention to collect these debts. However, it's important to note that they are not a genuine company. They deceived me into making five payments, out of which I made one over the phone. But when I asked for evidence of the debt, they vanished. Please refrain from providing them with any information and be cautious of unknown callers. It is concerning that they even managed to obtain the last four digits of my social security number. Take immediate action by reporting them, and avoid answering any suspicious calls.

I am constantly being bombarded with calls, both to myself and other members of my family, making false claims that I will receive a legal notice or document. However, I know for a fact that I don't owe anyone any money and these calls are not backed by our local courts. Therefore, I can confidently dismiss them as nothing more than a scam.

I received a phone call from an individual who identified himself as a police officer. He requested a meeting at my residence, stating that he was aware of my address. I informed him that I was currently away from town. In response, he provided me with an alternative phone number, which was 2143905463. I proceeded to dial the number, but unfortunately, nobody answered my call.

I am constantly receiving calls from a particular number where the person claims they will serve me with "legal documents". Working at a law firm, I can confidently state that no legitimate process server would ever inform someone about serving them beforehand. Hence, it is evident that these calls are nothing but an attempt to deceive and scam people.

I was contacted twice by a phone number, and two other times by a caller who chose to remain anonymous. Out of these four calls, I only picked up three. The first caller claimed to be from Verizon, the second said they were from HP, and the third identified themselves as tech support. They informed me that my internet IP address had been compromised and inquired about the condition of my computer. After realizing it was a scam, I promptly ended the call and requested that they remove my number from their contacts.
