She left a phone number linked to EMG & Associates along with a case number to reference. When my husband rang them, they refused to say anything and didn’t let him get a word in at all. At one point, they snapped at him, saying, “maybe if you shut up you’d actually know what’s going on,” before abruptly hanging up.
