I keep getting calls from this number, like twice a day, always saying something about giving your credit card details to get a better rate. Total scam if you ask me. Whenever I try to ring back, it just tells me the number isn’t valid anymore. They claim to be from Telus or something. Really wish someone would do something about these dodgy calls.

They wanted my credit card details and the expiry date, all to supposedly reduce my interest rate. I tried to get a contact number to call them back, but they refused. Definitely feels like a scam to me!

Got a call from them today claiming they could drop my Mastercard interest from 13.9% to 6%. Definitely a scam. I reported it to Mastercard and they confirmed it sounded fishy. Watch out for these dodgy people!

An unfamiliar number popped up again today, no name attached - and it’s not the first occasion it’s happened.

Funny how we’ve managed to send someone to the moon and back without a hitch, yet these fraudsters seem to get away with their tricks without any trouble at all.

On 20th March 2014, they rang me but cut off as soon as I didn’t pick up. A quick search showed they were telemarketers. What a pain!

They ring me every single day, claiming they wanna help cut down my credit. Sure thing... I've told them to take my number off their list but the moment I say that, they just hang up right away. I'm thinking of cursing their love life or something.. probably won’t do much, but hey, might give them a bit to ponder... and it’d definitely make me feel a bit better!

Got a call from this bloke supposedly from tech support, but the number didn’t show up properly, just said International call. The number linked was 604 255 1493. He claimed he could help sort out my computer issues, but it was just a trick to get me to give him access by changing some settings. Definitely steer clear from anyone pulling this kind of stunt!

On Thursday 14th March around 8:28 in the evening, I received a really frustrating call from the number 604-255-1493.

This number has been ringing my 92-year-old mum a lot, and she barely understands who's calling. Our number is actually on the national DO NOT CALL registry, so it's really frustrating and irritating for her. On Feb 3, 2014, around 1:30 pm, I picked up one of their calls and pressed 1 to talk to the operator. When I told him to stop calling as our number is on the do not call list and that the calls are quite annoying, he was quite rude and disconnected on me before I could finish.

Got a call sayin there’s an urgent issue with my credit card, and they claim they can drop my interest rate to 6%. So I press 1 to talk to someone, but this guy answers who barely speaks English. He keeps saying he can reduce my interest rate, but when I tell him I don’t even have a credit card and to stop calling my job, he just cuts me off. Proper annoying!
