They claimed to be from Microsoft, saying there was some problem with my PC and its serial number was showing activity overseas - like someone hacked it. They even mentioned an old address I used to live at. Really freaky how these scammers seem to have stuff like my old address - makes you wonder where they dig up all these details from.Microsoft7 yearsA voice asked me, “Is this Mr [Initial] [Surname]?” I asked them to identify themselves.
