7 yearsTotally a scam! Got a message saying my ID was locked. I tried entering a wrong password on purpose to see what would happen, and it still let me keep going. Then I put in made-up stuff like a fake address, but it just kept asking for more. Before I knew it, they wanted all my bank details - cardholder name, card number, CVV, my online banking password, account number and sort code.
