I repeatedly request them to stop calling and delete my phone number, but they still persist after a few days. Sometimes when I answer the phone, there is silence on the other end before they hang up. When I try calling back these numbers, an automated voicemail states that they are not receiving any calls.

I strongly believe that both numbers (4166243144 and 4168406269) belong to the same individuals behind these mysterious calls.
