When I dial the number +114167890080, I receive an error message stating, "Your call cannot be completed as dialled. Please check the number and dial again." I attempt to call again using the number 14167890080, and it connects me to The National Benefit Authority. They inform me that I do not qualify for benefits, so I assume they won't call again. However, to my dismay, they continue to call persistently. Even after blocking their number, they somehow manage to get through. Although they may be able to assist certain individuals, if they determine that you are ineligible for benefits, they should respect your decision and refrain from further calls. It's rather perplexing and frustrating.

On the 15th of January 2021, I received a call from +4167890080. Unfortunately, I couldn't engage in conversation as I do not speak English. The caller was looking to speak to Pierre Langlois, who passed away on the 19th of May 2020. Alternatively, they wanted to speak to Colette St'Onge. However, it should be noted that I am unable to communicate in English.

The organization that we are discussing is the National Benefit Authority Corporation, commonly known as the NBA. Unfortunately, I have discovered that this company is a fraudulent scheme. I visited their website and entered my phone number, and as a result, they have been incessantly calling me.
