Got a call asking if I had paid Argos, which I definitely hadn’t. I told the caller it was a scam and I’d be reporting it straight to the police fraud department. They hung up right after that.

Don’t pick up if you see this number pop up. My mum got a call claiming to be from Nationwide, saying there was some dodgy activity on her account. They tried to get her to give out personal info, but she didn’t tell them anything. Totally a scam.
