I received a call on my mobile from a chap with an Indian accent who cheerily greeted me with, "Hello, ma'am! I'm from Windows technical support." When I quizzed him about which company he represented, he simply repeated his initial statement. It’s amusing how he seemed unaware that Windows is actually a Microsoft product. So, I decided to have a bit of fun and asked him if he was trying to sell me some actual windows. He promptly cut the call!
