Got a dodgy message from 25378 saying: “Lloyds bank alert: your OTP is 519875 for a transaction of GBP 272.50 at Uber Eats on 16/08/21 - ref sxt792. Didn’t make this? Ring 03301752591.” Thing is, I don’t even have a Lloyds account. Total scam, watch out!

Got a dodgy text saying something like "eu rules just changed, verify your account now or face limits" with a link to [#]revolut-eu.net. When I tried calling back, the number popped up as 25378 on my phone. Definitely seemed like a scam to me!

Received a text saying my account was locked and to go to unlockuknow{###] to regain access - obviously fishy. To be sure, I rang HSBC’s support line and they told me it was a scam. They asked me to forward the details to their phishing department at phishing@hsbc(###] and to just delete the message without clicking the link. I checked and saw the domain unlockuknow{###] was only set up on 28th September 2019, which is a major red flag. Don’t trust that link!

Just got a message from "alert" with the same stuff everyone's been talking about. I definitely don't have an HSBC account. Seems fishy as hell, don't click on the link!

I received a message from this number saying my HSBC account was locked and to fix it, I had to go to some secure link unlockuknow[###]. Thing is, I've never even had an HSBC account. Definitely don’t follow that link, it’s a total scam and could be really risky.
