It is truly exasperating when you answer the phone only to be greeted with the unpleasant sound of snuffling and heavy breathing.

Do any of you happen to know the identity of these bothersome individuals? They persistently dial my number around seven to eight times on a daily basis. On one occasion, I did answer the call, but the individual on the other end remained silent.
