Although I am going to leave a comment, I doubt it will have any impact. A recurring phone number continues to contact me incessantly. After blocking each one through Verizon, I am continuously harassed by new numbers with a 202 area code. I'm confused and frustrated - who are these people and what are they after?

We receive constant calls from an unknown number, which can be quite bothersome! To add to the confusion, the caller ID merely reads "Do Not Use." What on earth could this mean? Perhaps, it's related to a car warranty? It's a possibility. However, even when I explicitly ask these individuals to no longer contact us and they assure me they won't, they never follow through! At least, those calls didn't have the audacity to display such an unsettling "DO NOT USE" message. I must say this is both irritating and disconcerting!

Since I don't recognize the number, I have made the decision not to answer any of these calls. However, yesterday (17th February 2016), I carefully noted down the times they tried to contact me.
