8 yearsI’ve received numerous calls purporting to be from BT, despite repeatedly asking them to take my number off their list. Strangely enough, I keep getting callbacks just moments later-some of which are automated voice messages. For the record, we’re not even with BT! So, a word of caution to others: if these calls are indeed from BT, their method of cold calling feels rather antiquated. They really should have a better process for honouring requests to have numbers removed, especially if they're hoping to foster future business relationships.
