The timing was quite bizarre since it was well outside of office hours. She fervently insisted that we owed money for an alleged phone bill. To add to the confusion, she even followed up with an email containing the “invoices.” It's undoubtedly going to perplex a fair few folks, especially considering that the documents included an ABN number and BPAY ID, among other details.
