I can confirm that this is a genuine establishment. They operate under the name IAG Settlements. I received a call from this number regarding an existing NRMA insurance claim, and they seemed to be completely on point. They even mentioned my NRMA claim number and had a wealth of details about my ongoing claim, including the excess amount I'd already paid. Quite impressed with their knowledge!

I just got a message that said...
"This is a polite notification from RACV Insurance. We haven’t managed to get in touch with you. Could you please ring us on 1300763706 during office hours and mention RAV213076076."
I’m convinced this is a scam!!
When I returned the call, it turned out to be something completely different. STAY AWAY FROM THESE!
