I tried calling this number, but there was no ring or busy tone at all. The number I was trying was 0407254189. It seems like it might be linked to Australian Receivables Ltd. They apparently get in touch using that mobile and once sent a text with a 1300 number plus a reference ID. From what I've seen on a few forums like Whirlpool and other unknown caller sites, people reckon this company might be dodgy.
