I received a call from this number, and when I picked up, the caller hung up immediately. Quite baffling, really!

Who on earth are these individuals calling with dodgy phone numbers? It's utterly baffling! I managed to catch only a couple of words from the chap on the other end, who had a thick accent that made comprehension quite tricky.
