I received a call from this number, and when I picked up, the caller hung up immediately. Quite baffling, really!

Who on earth are these individuals calling with dodgy phone numbers? It's utterly baffling! I just completed an online form for vehicle financing, and within a blink-literally just seconds-I received a call from the number #123456. However, we're completely in the dark about any further information regarding this call.
