So, I saw 118469 listed on my O2 bill, marked as an outgoing call - but it was actually coming in and ended up costing me £36.41! I never dialled that number myself, if I had, I’d probably have shouted at my phone in frustration. Luckily, I kept on at O2’s customer service and they ended up refunding the full £36.41. Fair play to O2 for sorting it out.

However, after being informed that this was my only option, I was then told the office had closed, and the call abruptly cut off. Now I find myself facing a bill of £19.09. I'm absolutely baffled by this situation. Being directed to call such a high-cost number feels quite unreasonable, and I'm definitely going to lodge a formal complaint about this.
