I received a phone call from this particular number wherein a computerized voice proclaimed, "Congratulations! You have secured a trip on a cruise." Something along those lines. I have encountered such calls in the past, even as I started using caller ID, and they always carried the same message. I simply disconnect the call as soon as I detect the word "Congratulations!"

I received a call as well, but I recognized the number as the area code 289, which is an overlay of 905. I assume my phone was somewhat confused by it (11+).

Upon subtracting 11 from the number, I looked it up and discovered that it is actually offering a complimentary cruise.
