I received an email claiming I had reached out to them and asked me to call 105. The email didn’t mention which company it was or explain why I was supposedly in touch. So, I just ignored it and searched online here to find out more.

If your area or home loses power, you can ring 105 from any phone. It’s a legit number where you can report power outages. Really useful service - they even ring you back with updates about the outage and let you know when the electricity should be fixed and what’s being done. They also checked if I wanted a generator. Definitely a solid 5 stars! *****

Just wanted to flag that I spotted a call from this number - seems like a place to report outages for the national power supply. Might be handy if you’re having electrical issues!

They probably rang you from the Western Power emergency line, 105, checking if your place got hit by the recent blackout around here.

We received a call from this number, 105, and when we answered, the call just cut off abruptly. Quite peculiar, really.
