The explanation for the hold-up? They’re operating out of Africa! Next, he started to enunciate his words more clearly, perhaps trying to make sense to me. Then, out of the blue, he claimed I had applied for a loan-right, considering I've got three properties on the market with no mortgage obligations at all! Then, he abruptly switched up his story, insisting it was all about debt consolidation now! At that point, I was thoroughly fed up and decided to hang up the call.
