10 yearsI’ve just received a ludicrous phone bill that includes an outgoing call from my landline that lasted a minute and a half, costing me around £6. Then, there was another call that lasted half an hour, racking up a staggering £110! My wife and I rarely use the landline; it’s mainly there for our broadband connection. Even our provider noted that we hardly make calls in the past. Plus, our phone had a little mishap thanks to our puppy, leading to its replacement just a day or so ago. The provider is currently investigating whether there’s been a mix-up with the lines or something similar and promised to get back to me in a couple of days since their initial checks didn’t reveal any information about the number in question.
