My final Virgin bill was meant to be about £16, but they made a mistake that raised it quite a bit. After checking, Virgin told me I’d called a number starting 09846 531058 for about 27 minutes, costing £85.58. Turns out the number belongs to Sky, which I figured must’ve been when I was enquiring about their services. I haven’t even officially started with Sky yet, so this feels really wrong. I’m about to ring them and ask what’s going on. Honestly, this sort of thing should be banned completely!
