I’m pretty sure I got ripped off here. Spent over £20 on a call that lasted just 12 minutes. It was when I rang about a delivery issue with Amazon. I called a number that showed Amazon’s logo, turns out it was some third party claiming to act for them. When I asked the bloke about any charges, he told me the call was free.
