The customer service at 7-Eleven is absolutely abysmal! I've had a right palaver trying to get through to four different representatives, each one assuring me they’d send a text or give me a ring back. However, here I am, still waiting-no calls, no messages, nothing at all! It’s a complete shambles! I'm really fed up with all this nonsense!
