I was billed £15.72 for a phone call lasting about 3 minutes and 42 seconds that I never actually made! Getting any help from O2 has been a proper hassle - they just keep telling me to reach out to whoever's charging me. But I’m worried if I call them back, I might end up with another bill. Totally stuck here!

I was shocked to see a £15 charge on my phone bill for a call I never placed. It only lasted about four minutes! Feels like a total rip-off to me. I've reported it straight away because it smells like a scam and outright fraud. Not happy about this at all!

I checked my call logs and noticed I rang this number for about 4 minutes, then called back again 8 minutes later but only for around 12 seconds, all on 21/03/2023. I don’t know this number at all and it’s definitely not saved in my contacts. Still, I’ve been charged £22.86, which can’t be right. This looks like some kind of scam to me.
