Can’t believe it, but I ended up paying £55 for a phone call that lasted just over five minutes. I never made the call myself, they rang me, and I didn’t share any info with them. Honestly, the kind of people running these calls must be pretty twisted and messed up.

I’m not entirely sure if I even dialled this number, but I noticed a charge of £35.87 from it on my Three bill. It’s clear now it was some sort of scam, so I’m going to get in touch with Amazon about it. The folks at Three were pretty good and knocked £10 off my bill, but I still can’t figure out how I could have ended up calling that number anyway. Just a heads up, be careful with these scam calls!

I noticed a call showed up on our bill even though it only rang once and when I tried to pick up, no one was there. I didn’t answer it at all. I’m going to check with Virgin to find out why it’s there.

Today this number hit me twice with charges of £45.30 and £59.98 on my phone bill. I only remember getting a couple of calls asking about an Amazon account, so I reckon it’s linked to that. Feels very dodgy to me, like some sort of scam. Just a heads up, don’t ring 09135980130 - there’s definitely someone trying to rip you off!

If you’ve ever rang Amazon about a parcel that never showed up, even though you were in all day, this is the number they give. The delivery driver said they tried to drop it off but obviously didn’t. The call cost me a fortune though - £42 for just 14 minutes on my mobile, so definitely not doing that again. It’s a bit of a rip-off for your phone bill, don’t get me wrong. Aside from that, the people on the other end were actually pretty helpful, so I gotta say it’s fine to trust them but watch your wallet!

I got charged £14 for just a quick call and no clue who I was speaking to! Sounds like one of those dodgy numbers online pretending to be an official government office but actually a scam!

I ended up being hit with a massive bill of £78. Apparently, my Amazon account got compromised - someone added delivery addresses and pick up points without me knowing. They even tried to make purchases using my saved debit card info, so I had to cancel my cards and get new ones sorted with the bank.
I rang this number to report it all.
In hindsight, I'd probably have been better off using their chat support, even if it took longer.

Avoid calling 0913 598 0130 at all costs. I looked up an Amazon contact number and this popped up. I rang it 4 times, each call was quick, but then I got slapped with a £61 charge. Totally rubbish experience. I'm getting in touch with the Ombudsman about this nonsense.

Just like someone else mentioned, I looked into this number again and found out it’s actually from Amazon, so it’s legit. They do give a heads up about any fees, which is kind of underhanded if you ask me!

I don't remember ever dialling this number, 09135980130. On the morning of 10 July 2019, just before 9am, there was a call lasting about 6 minutes and 43 seconds. Afterwards, I got billed £14.15 for it. Really puzzled about this one.

I got in touch with BT regarding a charge linked to the number 09135980130, saying I hadn't dialled it. They reached out to the number and said it belonged to Amazon. Then it clicked - I’d actually phoned Amazon, but the number was based in eastern Kansas, which explains the high cost. It looks like when you contact Amazon, you don’t actually use this number directly, but go through another route. That’s why I assumed I never called that specific number. Seems like this is a premium service line charging extra fees.

I noticed some odd charges on my phone bill from this number, totalling £16.10, dated 27th November 2018 with a reference like SC079. Also, I got charged £3.76 from 09056484848 on 23rd November 2018, with a ref SCO17. Pretty strange stuff!

I rang BT and they insisted someone in my house made the calls, so no refund for me. I even said they should look it up online to see loads of others having problems with this number, but they didn’t seem bothered.
