I’ve just received a phone call that has set me back £26! They really do seem to enjoy keeping you on the line, don’t they?

I was approached with the promise of arranging a loan, but it turned into a complete farce. I was bombarded with complicated terminology and shuffled from one person to another, only to be presented with an offer to sign up for a £20 monthly subscription to access a credit report that I never requested. I firmly declined, but they kept pushing. It felt very much like they were trying to exploit the situation-definitely not a company to rely on. By the way, the phone call set me back £28! Don't fall into the same trap I did.
