They informed me that my application had been approved and that I needed to ring a specific number while providing a reference to finalise the loan. However, that phone call ended up costing me £40.79, and guess what? There was no loan in the end! It's frustrating that O2 knows about this yet continues to allow their customers to make such calls and fall into this trap!
