Just looked at my phone bill and was stunned to see a £33.80 charge for a 10 minute call. It’s outrageous! I’m not even sure if we called them or they called us. Rang BT for answers but they weren’t much help, seems like all they care about is squeezing money out of us. Proper rip off!

Opened my phone bill and nearly fell off my chair, seeing a £33.80 charge for just 10 minutes! It's ridiculous. I’m not even sure if we made the call or if it was the other way around. Called BT about it, but they weren’t much help, just seemed like they’re only interested in taking our cash. What a joke!
