Greetings! I’ve recently unearthed that this company has taken £41 from us, yet we've never received calls from these numbers. Sky has informed us that there’s no need to actually call them; you could just end up receiving a call and incurring charges for it. We’ll definitely be pursuing a refund and I’ll keep you all posted on whether we actually receive it or not!
