My son rang up for 19 minutes and 36 seconds, and it ended up costing a whopping £50! Absolutely outrageous!

I noticed two charges on my phone bill for calls to this number, each lasting precisely 19 minutes and 36 seconds. Shockingly, the second call was made just two minutes after the first! They've billed me a staggering £37.71 for each of these calls; what a rip-off! The baffling part is, we never dialled this number. The only explanation I can muster is that it must have somehow gone through to our Sky voicemail, incurring those costs without our knowledge. I contacted Sky, but they claimed there's nothing they can do to resolve this issue. I'm utterly astounded—this situation is simply unacceptable!
