I had no idea it would be so expensive to ring National Express customer service. My coach got cancelled and I wasn’t told about it at all. I had to call them up just to find out if I could get a seat on a different bus. Then they charged me £31 just for checking my booking! Absolutely outrageous! I really don’t get why the UK government allows such madness with phone charges. This kind of nonsense is why some people still see the UK as a bit behind the times.
