My daughter needed to alter her ticket with London North Eastern Railway and was given these numbers (09008288061 and 09040121926) to ring. After a 9 minute 7 second call, she ended up with a massive phone bill of £199.68, which works out to about £21.98 a minute. At the start, an automated voice mentioned a charge of £3.40 per minute. She had to pay for changing the booking on top of the crazy phone charges.
