I called the number 09040125195, but nobody here has any recollection of making that call. To make matters worse, I was charged an outrageous £71! It seems like a total scam to me, and I can't help but feel that TalkTalk is messing about. We definitely didn't ring any banks or pay any utility bills! I reckon TalkTalk is well aware of this scam yet won't take any responsibility, probably fearing they might have to refund those charges. I'm planning to get in touch with Ofcom about this nonsense.
