It seems we've supposedly dialled this number and ended up being charged £21.10 for a duration of merely 5 minutes and 40 seconds! How on earth can this be the case when there's no one even in? BT is insisting that we must pay the bill but they're 'investigating' the matter. Quite baffling, really!
