Just got a call claiming to be from eBay support, saying if I press 1 I could chat with someone about an eBay issue for £6 unlimited time. I tried it and instead got a brief recorded message with some menu options. Then this morning, PlusNet sent me a bill saying the call cost me £12! Sounds dodgy to me, anyone else had this? Is it a scam?
