Received a call from 0902 3959874 and it turned out to be a total rip-off! They billed us more than £6 for a call that barely lasted half a minute. Looks like loads of people have had similar trouble with 0902 395.xxxx numbers. What's BT actually doing to deal with this? Seems like nothing, just taking cash from honest folks. BT really ought to give the money back and look into these dodgy calls, putting a stop to the scammers. Properly shocking that BT won’t take any blame for the rubbish happening on their network.

Received a charge from BT of £6.20 for a 20-second call from 09023959874. The thing is, we never actually picked up, maybe it went straight to our voicemail. Still, £6.20 for just 20 seconds? Sounds like a scam to me. Watch out for these dodgy calls.
