On the 15th of August 2018, I got slapped with a £5.04 fee for just 1 minute and 20 seconds! Seriously, what sort of company charges that much? Who even are they?

I received a bill of £11.75 for a call lasting just over three minutes on the 1st of September, 2018. I'm completely baffled as to who I was speaking to, as BT won’t disclose that information. Has anyone else experienced something similar or have any insights?
