My BT home phone got calls from this number at least 6 times, and we never dialled it ourselves. Somehow, it ended up costing us extra. Told BT about it, and now they've stopped any premium rate numbers coming through on our line.

Can someone explain why I got billed thrice when I never dialled that number? Seriously don’t get it.

Had a look through my mum’s phone bills and noticed a few of these were voting lines, like those celebrity voting things and all. But there’s this one from September that we just can’t work out what it’s for.

I haven’t actually made any calls with my Virgin number, but my bill shows some charges. Could this be a scam?

This number shows up 4 times on my Virgin bill, each charging me 42p. I’m sure I never dialled them. Could it be they called me instead? I usually pick up then hang up straight away. Feels like some kind of scam to me!!! Also, 09020442415 appears twice and 09020442412 once, each time at 42p. Virgin have been looking into it but customers service say they can’t track where these calls come from???? Very frustrating!
