I happened to notice that same number emblazoned across the front of a woman's t-shirt belonging to a darts fan on ITV4 last Sunday while it was all happening at Butlin's in Minehead. Do you reckon she was promoting it deliberately or just wearing it without any real intent?

I noticed some very short calls, only about four seconds long, listed on my SKY bill. It looks like a scam to me. I’m thinking of trying to get my money back.

A family member of mine has had a rather puzzling experience, as they received four calls within just five days, each lasting a mere five seconds, and yet they were billed 65 pence for each one. It's rather reminiscent of what others have mentioned here. They can't seem to remember making any of those calls. We're planning on having a chat with the phone provider to see if they can shed any light on this curious situation and will keep everyone posted.

I've noticed a charge of £1.30 on my bill for a call to this number that I didn’t even place. Quite puzzling, to say the least!

I've just noticed a peculiar charge on my phone statement for two calls to this number, 09020442411, which I definitely didn't place. They lasted for a mere 6 seconds and then another a minute later. Strangely, we've been billed 42.6 pence for each call. It feels like some sort of dodgy scam, and I’m baffled as to how this happened since we always ignore calls from numbers we don’t recognise.

Received a couple of calls from this number within a matter of moments, each lasting a mere four seconds, and I’ve been charged 65p for both. Definitely a scam - it appears you’re being reverse charged twice just for picking up the phone. I reached out to BT, and although they can easily block this particular number at no cost, they regrettably can't place a block on generic numbers like 090204424XX.
