I noticed some very short calls, only about four seconds long, listed on my SKY bill. It looks like a scam to me. I’m thinking of trying to get my money back.

I noticed a weird charge on my phone bill for two calls I never placed to this number and 09020442411. The calls lasted just 6 seconds and then another one about a minute later. They billed us 42.6p each time. It’s gotta be some sort of scam because we never pick up calls from numbers we don’t know. Really baffling how this happened.

This number rang me twice back to back, each time only for about 4 seconds, but each call ended up costing me 65p. Definitely a dodgy scam where they get you to pay just for picking up. I spoke to BT about it and they said they could block that exact number for free, but if it’s a range of numbers like 090204424XX, they can’t block it all at once. Watch out for this trick!
