I got connected through online customer support to Amazon using 09015457011. It’s a service managed by customer calls Ltd. It falls under assistance services, specifically ICSS helplines. The help is directly related to Amazon. The cost was £6 just to connect the call, then £3 for a mobile info text afterwards. On top of that, there were Oppm and network access fees too. Quite pricey for the help given!

09015457011. I’ve never dialled this number myself. My phone bill showed around £40 twice, which really got me irritated, so I rang O2 customer support. They told me I’d called that number and talked for about 25 minutes. I was stunned. Honestly, I’m not sure what to do next since O2 hasn’t been much help. No clue how this is happening, but I reckon everyone should be aware and maybe take action.

On December 29th, I got billed £7.13 for a call that lasted 11 minutes and 15 seconds.

i got charged for calling this number but i never dialled it, my home phone is just for broadband and is unlisted.

I got hit with a bill for more than £8 for an 11 minute chat to this number. I’m pretty sure I never dialled it myself and try to avoid premium lines whenever I can. I’m also signed up with TPS, so fingers crossed it’ll be blocked if it’s considered spam or something.
