Virgin Media claims I dialled 09015452944 and billed me £9.49 this month, plus £8.46 in May. I’ve never actually called this number and have no idea who is behind it. I generally don’t pick up or return calls from unknown numbers, especially ones like this. Yet somehow, they’re charging me anyway. Virgin have given the money back, but insist I made the calls even though I’m certain I didn’t!
