I certainly didn't initiate this call, yet Talk Talk keeps insisting otherwise. It seems to have some odd connection with Amazon. I've been receiving calls from individuals with American accents informing me that my "Amazon Prime subscription will deduct £39.00 from my bank account." The trouble is, I'm not even a Prime member! I've reported this to Amazon, who claim they’ll look into the matter, but they've verified that it's not a legitimate call from them. So far, a mere two-minute conversation has racked up a charge of £6.25, while a single minute set me back £2.13. I always hang up as soon as I realise it's them, yet somehow I suspect these calls are still being counted as outgoing ones. Isn’t it high time the telecom companies took notice of this racket? Additionally, I've noticed another number involved: 09135980130 and 08704441820.
