4 yearsI tried calling Waitrose using the number 03301222559, thinking it was their customer service. After a short while on the phone, the call dropped unexpectedly. Not long after, I got a text message, supposedly from Waitrose, telling me to use an 0800 number for future calls. When my phone bill arrived, I was shocked to see a mysterious charge of £6.86 for a 09015452875 call that I never made, but it was logged at the same time I rang the first number. There was also a £2.50 fee for the text I received from 60109. My phone provider said they couldn’t help, but suggested I text 'STOP' to 60109 to avoid any more messages.
