I’ve noticed charges on my Virgin Media account for calling 09015452841 four times during the lunch hour on 23rd June. I don’t know this number at all nor remember making these calls. Could someone look into this for me? My bill's already pretty steep, and I’d like to talk to someone who can assist with lowering my costs.

On 10th June 2023, my Talk Talk bill shows two charges for calls to 09015452841, one for £6.63 and the other for £7.75. I don't remember ever dialling that number though. After looking it up online, it seems to be linked to some sort of spam.

Got my Virgin bill today and found a weird extra charge from this number. They say we made a call that lasted about 9 minutes 40 seconds but we defo didn’t. No clue how they added this to our bill. It’s come to £6.32 plus VAT, so nearly £9 in total. Really frustrating!

Just a heads up! My phone’s security warned me that this number could be a scam, so I left it ring out. Honestly, I reckon it’s smarter to play it safe with calls like these.
