I've noticed some rather exorbitant charges on my O2 account for calls to the numbers: 09015451068 and 09037089400. The thing is, I never actually placed a call to these numbers. It raises quite the question about how I can have any faith in O2 to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future. They maintain that I dialled those numbers, yet they refuse to block similar ones to avoid a repeat occurrence. If O2 had any accountability, surely they wouldn't permit such anomalies to arise? This whole situation is leaving quite a sour taste regarding their customer care. It's outrageous!

I took a gander at my latest bill from o2 and was quite taken aback to find a charge of £20.58 linked to this number. I’ve never dialled any premium numbers, so I was rather perplexed. Out of curiosity, I decided to give it a quick call to uncover its origin. To my surprise, it turned out to be an automated message that then connected me to Jet2! The brief chat lasted a mere 54 seconds and cost me a shocking £10. Now I’m left with the headache of settling the bill, only to await a refund next month as a supposed gesture of goodwill! It’s worth mentioning that my phone is within arm's reach all day long and is securely locked when not in use!
