O2 has charged me premium fees for calls to 09015451068 and 09037089400, even though I didn’t make any calls to these numbers. Now I’m left wondering how I can trust them to stop this happening again. They keep claiming I dialled those numbers, but refuse to block related ones to avoid it in the future. If O2 took their responsibility seriously, this wouldn’t be happening at all. Their so-called customer service is useless. Absolute scammers!

I looked at my O2 bill and saw a £20.58 charge from this number. I never dial premium rate lines, so I was puzzled. Out of curiosity, I called the number quickly and got an automated voice, which then connected me to Jet2! That brief call ended up costing me £10 for just 54 seconds, plus another 5 seconds on a separate call. Now I’ve got to pay the bill upfront, but they said they’ll refund me next month as a goodwill gesture. I always keep my phone with me all the time and it’s locked when I’m not using it.
